A must see video from Prager University:

“Is America racist? Is it—as President Barack Obama said—”part of our DNA”? Author and talk-show host Larry Elder examines America’s legacy of racism, whether it’s one we can ever escape, and in the process offers a different way of looking at things like Ferguson, crime, police and racial profiling.”

Unarmed Equality for Hollywood’s Anti-Gun Glitterati?

By Kimberly Bloom Jackson

What is it about Hollywood elites who jump on their soapboxes proclaiming to be saviors of America, but then do everything imaginable to undermine the core principles of its founding?

Anti-Gun Hollywood

Take Hollywood’s anti-gun glitterati for example. Between making personal fortunes from glorifying guns in their movies and living exuberant lifestyles that includes armed security, one would think they would support their fellow Americans right to self-defense. Nope.

We’ve all heard of former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his scandalous anti-gun program Everytown For Gun Safety. Now, Academy Award-winning actress Julianne Moore has recently launched her own gun control group called Everytown Creative Council, which, not surprisingly, falls under the auspices of Bloomberg’s organization. To help her, she has recruited fellow celebrities Meg Ryan, Amy Schumer, Jennifer Lawrence, Reese Witherspoon, Kevin Bacon, Kristen Bell, Jessica Chastain, J.J.Abrams, and others to join in her un-American assault on the Second Amendment.

In a Huffington Post blog, Moore had the audacity to write:

  • “We are actors and artists, but we are Americans first. … We respect the Second Amendment but keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of convicted criminals, terrorists, domestic abusers, stalkers and dangerous people isn’t anti-gun; it’s pro-common sense.”
  • “We know that more than 90 percent of Americans support common-sense reforms that are proven to save lives. What not enough people know and what the gun lobby doesn’t want more of us to know is that a large majority of gun owners support these reforms too.”

This is a level of propaganda we would expect from the pompous pigs in George Orwell’s 1945 classic novel Animal Farm. All people are equal, but some people (the elites who like to make the rules) are more equal than others.

Rob Pincus' Combat Focus Shooting Class

I finally took Rob Pincus’ Combat Focus Shooting class last summer. To be honest, I was a little nervous at first. That’s because Combat Focus Shooting goes beyond just shooting at a stationary paper target, where people stand and take their sweet time shooting at the bullseyes. If only the bad guys who seek to lethally harm us would be as still as the typical paper target.

Luckily, Pincus’ intuitive shooting class can better prepare us for a dynamic critical incident in the real world. His classes are very “hands-on” and “minds-on,” complete with shooting (with and without sights), holstering/re-holstering, loading/reloading, and lots of lateral movement, all while under the influence of multiple stimuli. In other words, it wasn’t comfy like a standard shooting range. This is precisely how my skills were taken to the next level. In fact, the class was so good, I plan to take it again in the future.

To experience this potentially life-saving training for yourself, contact Combat Focus Shooting for more information.

Actress Kerry Washington’s ‘Fragile’ Personhood Hypocrisy

By Kimberly Bloom Jackson

Few things turn Americans off more than when a minority Hollywood elitist takes to the microphone and whines about how unfair and racist America is, especially after they just left their multi-million dollar home and were transported to the event in a luxurious limousine.

Actress Kerry Washington

Enter actress Kerry Washington, who plays Olivia Pope, one of the main characters on the ABC television drama Scandal. Recently, Washington was honored at an ACLU Southern California Bill of Rights Awards Dinner. But don’t let the “Bill of Rights” thing fool you. The beauty of this kind of propaganda is that it allows the Left to masquerade as the moral defenders of our liberty, while at the end of the day not really being interested in defending all individuals, or even all liberties.

Washington was introduced by MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry, whose opening remarks began with three words: “Black Lives Matter.” This set the tone for Washington’s big racist America speech complete with personal lamentations:

“The fact that my very personhood as an African-American, as a woman, as a granddaughter of immigrants, as a kid from the Bronx, the fact that my personhood is still so fragile in this country—that I feel how fragile my personhood is, that my daughter’s personhood, that the personhood of so many of my loved ones is still so fragile—it’s heartbreaking to me.”

This is, to put it bluntly, nauseating to the rest of us. For starters, Washington purports to see herself as a victim in a racist nation. This shouldn’t be completely surprising given how the racial grievance industry has been whipped up to a full froth, particularly in the media and across college campuses. As for Washington, she attended George Washington University.

Should Anti-Gun Politicians Be Denied Armed Security?

By Dave Workman. This is a much needed “we’ll play hardball right back at you” article. Workman is an author and senior editor at TheGunMag.com.

Fox News is reporting this morning that a Virginia state senator is making good on his promise to push for defunding armed bodyguards for anti-gun Gov. Terry McAuliffe unless the Democrat does an about face on an October order to prohibit firearms in most state office buildings.

There's a move in Virginia to unfund armed security for anti-gun Gov. Terry McAuliffe.

It brings up an interesting question that could apply to any government official anywhere, from mayors on up. If an elected official is opposed to the carrying of defensive sidearms by average citizens, should that official automatically lose his/ her security guards?

Virginia State Sen. Charles Carrico, a Republican, is quoted by Fox News observing, “It’s easy for someone who is surrounded by armed state policemen to tell someone else they can’t carry a weapon to protect themselves.”

If the idea were to spread, it’s likely that herds of liberal politicians would be running for cover, complaining that they “need” the protection. This would be the perfect way to test the “needs” standard for issuing carry permits in such states as New York, New Jersey and Maryland by applying it to officials who insist they need security.

Could it be that this elitist double standard might be part of the reason that, according to Rasmussen Reports, only about one in four Americans think the country is headed in the right direction? Rasmussen’s daily polling update revealed Monday that only 26 percent of likely U.S. voters think the
